Laura hadn't even planned to be at the cricket club that day. But when a player collapsed and stopped breathing, she knew she had to act fast.
Thanks to her St John Ambulance training, Laura performed CPR for more than 20 minutes and used a defibrillator to help keep him alive until emergency services arrived.
