This is from 2025, but I was inspired to make this video based on my experience of having removed color catcher sheets from drain pump filters when I worked as an appliance repair tech--it does happen! Mesh laundry bags are an easy solution, plus you can use them for other small articles of clothing (like underwear or baby socks) so they don't get stuck in places in the washer they shouldn't be!
