Jessica Wood, CEUT's co-researcher from Aberdeen University, describes how the Wellbeing Workshops were shaped, sharing some of the important findings from the co-created 2023 community survey. These in turn informed the follow-on community-led research, demonstrating how community members can become researchers themselves through learning from working alongside professional researchers.
