Trinity College Dublin’s new Strategic Plan 2025-2030, ‘Thrive’ was launched in October 2025.
It outlines Trinity’s ambition to provide, and fiercely defend, a high-quality pluralist university education. Organised around three pillars - Purpose, People and Place - the plan is underpinned by research rooted in academic freedom, enriched by diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and marked by critical thinking.
