At the end of each of my keynotes, I have two main objectives:

One, I made you laugh. If you didn’t laugh, it means I didn’t do my job right!
Two, perhaps more importantly, is that I made you think, and the thought of how to approach the next unexpected change in your life sticks with you.

All we can do in life is ask what the next best steps are.
