Tomorrow's Hearings HAVE BEEN VACATED and moved to 10/26. I called the court house to verify since the website was not updated. That stinks, no hearing tomorrow, but - all this info will apply on that date, plus anything else in the meantime....
Late last night some last minute docs dropped, this is a quick overview of those. The Hearing on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is tomorrow - two hearings: 10:30 am pst and 1:00 pm pst. The Judge has ruled a POOL camera can be present for the afternoon hearing. Lastly, the Judge took Judicial Notice of the Grand Jury information at issue for the 10:30 am hearing that we won't be privy to, but we get a slight peek at what all they'll be going over. Still waiting for the Judge's decision/Order on the Defense motion to Remove all cameras from every hearing for the duration of the trial. When that drops, I'll let y'all know. Thanks for watching!
