Earlier, a Van has struck pedestrians in Toronto at least 25 people where struck by a van. Police has arrested the suspected driver just minutes after the incident. The incident occurred in the North York district at the intersection of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue. The vehicle initially fled the scene, but the driver has since been taken into custody.
