Here’s a last-minute DIY Valentine’s Day Card with 3D Heart Balloons ❤️

What I used:
- White A4 cardstock
- Red cardstock – I used 3 different shades of red
- Ribbon
- Black marker
- Scissors
- Glue - I used UHU All Purpose Adhesive
