Here's the final scene of the scrapped BFDI 2009 Halloween special. It has Firey finding Leafy in a painting, he was gonna save her until Evil Leafy teleported in attempt of stopping him from doing so, but failed. And Firey randomly puts Leafy out of the painting, then they get out of the mansion, and the story has been concluded.
Not only this marks the end of the story, but this also marks the true first appearance of the well-known Evil Leafy, which was later reused as a recommended character that was going to debut in BFDI 18, but failed. She later reappeared in BFDIA, this time living inside the woods.
