Aesculap medical devices are used in nearly every operating room. What they have in common is their high quality. They are manufactured in various facilities around the world. How is this possible? At the Tuttlingen site (Germany), surgical instruments and implants for orthopedics, sterilization containers, and motor systems for surgical equipment are produced. In Suzhou (China), one million surgical instruments are manufactured annually, including bone punches and over 600 standard instruments.

Advanced laser solutions from TRUMPF are used in production: TruMark 7050 is used for cleaning, TruMicro Mark 2030 for marking and cutting, and TruDisk 2000 for welding. All lasers are integrated in a marking or welding station (TruMark Station 7000 / TruLaser Station 7000).
