*LASER ENCLOSURE*
The laser enclosure is a standard Laserax product that provides complete laser safety (class-1 certified). It is custom-sized based on the billet's diameter. The roller conveyor line feeds the billets into the enclosure, and the billet stops in front of the laser head.
*POSITIONING TOLERANCE*
The laser system's configuration offers ±3mm of tolerance for positioning variations, which is enough to work with the conveyor's imprecision when positioning billets.
*MARKING SPEED*
The laser marking process only takes 9.4 seconds. Marked identifiers include the company logo, a data matrix code, and three lines of alphanumeric characters on the billet's flat surface. This marking speed is the fastest in the industry for a 100W laser.
*INDUSTRIAL GRADE*
The laser equipment is industrial grade to maintain good operation even if there's dust and oil particles in the air. The laser head is IP-65 and machined from a solid block of aluminum. An air knife is also intalled on the laser's lens to provide lens protection and prevent dust accumulation, thus limiting maintenance.
