Exploring Las Vegas under ground city - found golf carts and sex toys. Exploring the tunnels under Las Vegas strip, Mole people.
Las Vegas has about 600 miles of flood channels going through the Las Vegas valley, 2 or 3 or them pass directly beneath the strip on Las Vegas Blvd and its casinos. The tunnels underneath act as a makeshift home to about 500 people.
The city of Las Vegas installed the flood channels around 1980's and a-lot of it's residents have jobs while others have ran out of luck with nowhere else to go.
Today we decided to go explore them and we were surprised at the amount of stuff people have down there and how they live. We met "Irish", he gave us his blessing and a few pointers on what tunnels to take. The tunnels were flowing with water that reached above our ankles. We passed directly below the I-15 and the Caesar's palace and ended up on the other side of the Las Vegas BLVD Strip.
If you decide to visit this location make sure you stay safe, Irish warned us that many gangs like to hang out down in the tunnels and some people end up getting hurt or "carried away"
