Analysis of the GOLUK/Uber footage which is referenced in the August 3, 2018 LVMPD Final FIT Report, pg 35, footnote #20:

This historic piece of footage extraordinarily captures the Las Vegas Shooting on October 1, 2017, and reveals FIVE never before heard rounds being fired at the end of Jason Aldean's "Any ol' Barstool", bringing the total to ELEVEN rounds fired.
The footage has been requested via NPRR (Nevada Public Records Request system leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-239.html) and has been denied due to it being considered "evidence" and therefore not considered public record (citing Wilson v. Lane 1999):

At the same time, the LVMPD has been showing the footage within a presentation being given in forums around the country, including the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation 15th World Congress held May 19-24, 2019. Why is it that the LVMPD can freely show footage around the country if/when they choose, but still be allowed to deny media/journalists/public citizens the opportunity to view the footage in it's entirety?
***The imporantance of the procurement and presevation of this footage can not be stressed enough, as it is the only known footage to surface to date, that is close enough in proximity to Mandalay Bay that it may have captured the alleged 10:06 PM hallway shots at security guard Jesus Campos, thus proving/disproving the 10:06 Campos timeline.
Curiously, both the 10:06 timeframe between volley 1 and 2, and the Schuck hallway shots 10:10 timeframe are cut from the footage within the presentation given at the ICISF 15 World Congress.
I encourage anyone/everyone with any shred of interest still left in this case to call/email/submit public records request for this piece of footage, and/or demand why the LVMPD feels they can showcase footage across the country, but not allow media/journalists/public citizens to view the same footage.
