Eye witness (either civilian or LMVPD) "I can see the shooting coming from the Mandalay Bay. I can see the smoke from the gun, 13 windows down from the top". LVMPD Radio Transmission "shooting is coming from the 14th floor". HEARD WITH HEADPHONES
This evidence makes it appear that shooting was coming from multiple Mandalay Bay windows all lower than the 32nd floor AKA the Staged Crime Scene.
