After breaching gunman Stephen Paddock's Mandalay Bay Hotel suite at 11:20 PM on October 1, 2017, Las Vegas Metro Police (LVMPD) SWAT Officer's Levi Hancock and Sean O'Donnell discuss O'Donnell's accidental discharge (AD) of his rifle as they were making entry in Paddock's adjoining room, 32-134. This is the best I can make of the audio:

Hancock: You good?

O’Donnell: Yep.

Hancock: You just AD? [accidental discharge].

O’Donnell: Kind of got bumped, I don’t know what happened. Basically, it was an AD. I saw that gun on the bed, but I really wasn’t trying to shoot at it.

Hancock: Yeah.
