Thanks to @GamersNexus and @CraftComputing , I came across this brand called Erying on Aliexpress. Feeling like my LAN Party Mini-PC needed an upgrade from its i7-3610qm CPU and RTX 2060 GPU, and wanting to preserve the spirit of "Laptop CPU in a desktop," this looked like the perfect solution for me. Then deciding I want to upgrade the 2060 to a 3070, I set out to check the used/secondhand market and immediately found some well priced GPUs on Offerup, made an offer, and the next day I had the perfect 3070 for my project.
