This is a rough clip from 2019. It started as a demo of B11 tuning on lap steel guitar... playing riffs over a swing chord pattern. But I liked how it sounded and I thought it deserved a name... "Island Swing". 😊

I'm playing a 1949 Gibson Century 6 lap steel.

B11 tuning: (high to low) E C# A F# D# B

If you play C6 lap steel, you can easily re-tune to B11. No need to change any strings.
