I review, breakdown and explain Lanterns Episode 3. I give my reaction to the ending of the HBO show focussed on Hal Jordan and John Stewart as the DCU Green Lantern heroes played by Aaron Pierre and Kyle Chandler. I discuss the flashback episode which introduced us to Laura Linney as a Guardian, John Stewart Senior being selected to be a Green Lantern but overlooked because he was afraid, John Stewart being selected to replace Hal Jordan when he was younger and his mother and father training him whilst taking away his childhood. I analyze the deeper themes within it and I also give my theories and predictions on episode 4.
