Coming back to Tokyo from Shizuoka, traffic was light all the way until just before I got to Shinjuku. So for the last 9 kilometers or so, I had to split through this traffic jam. Not really exciting stuff, except for the car/bike spotting. (My commentary is especially boring.) Sure was nice having the option to split, instead of being stuck sitting in the Tokyo sun in all of my gear.
