Our first full day on Lewis and we’re visiting a few must see tourist spots before heading to our base for a couple of nights, day two sees us utilise the bikes for an exhausting 30 miles of hills and off the beaten track roads to see even more of the island’s beauty, along the way a native of Scotland and resident of Lewis tells us tales of a visitor from another planet!
We’re Rick, Heather & our dog Poppy & we travel the U.K. in our S&L Apollo campervan.
We film places we visit & also any work done to our van, our videos are filmed in a diary style for our memories but we're happy to share with you if you want to watch.
We also occasionally review products & any product review is clearly marked as such so if reviews aren’t for you don’t feel you need to watch those.
We do basic site & the surrounding area reviews but they’re a guide only based on our opinions which may or may not help you make a decision on if you’d like the place.
We do a mix of off grid camping, pub stopovers & campsites too, hopefully something for everyone to enjoy!
