Our TD5 diesel fuel regulator is leaking, so in this video we're going to remove and carry out a refurbishment with parts ordered from JGS4x4 (link below), this applies to both 10p and 15p engines and also the 1 and 2 pipe versions, overall it's not a difficult job but access is a bit limited if you decide not to remove the inlet manifold however with some persuasion you can remove and reinstall the regulator and tighten everything back up, the torque settings are 25nM on the three bolts and then for the barbs it's a 14mm spanner just nipped up, they have little green o-rings on them.
You can buy the regulator with a new pipe etc, for most this is probably the best solution depending stock availability, I would say to ensure you are buying the correct one because ours as a connection at the top and some don't have that so check first.
When reinstalling ensure both surfaces are cleaned and smooth, then install any new o-rings included in the kit and you're good to go, thanks for watching!
