This was originally found by @natebit5781, but without a way back. It's still mostly just a rando trick, but I guess this could maybe be useful in bingo too or something?
For the LZS, the position doesn't seem super precise. If you look at the flower patch to the right of where I land, I just try to be about in the middle of it up and down, and then just past it to the left. After landing, I hold a bit up from the right notch, then let go as soon as I land. This also doesn't seem very precise. Finally for the jump, just jump to the right, swap to down-right to avoid the spikes, then immediately hold up until you land on the platform.
For rando, you can just Homeward Shroom to get back, but otherwise you need Parakarry. Line up with the wall, then start doing tap jumps down-left. As soon as you move a little to the left, you can use Parakarry and drop straight down onto the platform.
