Lobbyist and fundraiser Mark "Kaniela" Ing helped Lahaina Strong raise money that could go towards pushing for policies and political campaigns, which is a violation of Maui County Ethics. He has been charged and fined in the past for similar violations, only to have a Honolulu judge dismiss the charges.
