We've made it! The final round of the 1990 season at Laguna Seca, and it couldn't be much more exciting! It is a 4-way fight for the title between leading Michael Andretti (168), Danny Sullivan (166), Ryan Axelson (152) and Al Unser, Jr (150). So its a near tie for the lead, and while a long shot, not impossible for any of the four to come away the winner.
I just hope to be able to run a full race at Laguna with the 1989 season having ended early with a mechanical failure. A great finish for Ryan would go a long way to end the season on a high, and with some exciting stuff on the horizon the boost would be appreciated.
So lets see how this wild journey turns out!
