On a previous stream, we assembled the 8BitDo GameCube wireless controller kit, a "drop-in" replacement board for OEM GameCube controllers that turns them into Bluetooth wireless controllers.
An important factor when reviewing a wireless controller is to test it's latency: the time it takes for a button press to make action happen on the screen. On this stream, let's use the MiSTer lag tester to test the latency of the 8BitDo kit via the 8BitDo Bluetooth adapter, and a BlueRetro Bluetooth adapter. We'll also discuss the results to see if this is a good kit to buy!
