Laevatein is my favorite character from book 2, so when she was released I promised myself I would +10 her. 5 months after her release I +10'd her on the link banner.
Why haven't you seen much of her? Two reasons.
1st, My main team is a tactics team, so Laevatein would have to replace Setsuna on that team (Eirika supplies most of the buffs so she needs to stay)
2nd, she didn't have DC.
However thanks to the 4% banners I was able to grab a hector for her and I now understand why Laevatein is a fair and balanced unit.
