Full Police Report:
“On Monday September 15th at approx 10:24 PM I was patrolling southbound on I-75 near mile marker 366. I observed a gold Chevrolet sedan with Florida license plate. Upon running the registered owner, it showed the registered owner to have a warrant out of Marion County. I was able to identify the driver through the driver's side window to be the registered owner of the vehicle by the picture on FCIC/NCIC. I initiated my lights and sirens to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle in the area of mile marker 365. The driver complied and pulled over on the right shoulder. I approached the driver by the passenger side window and identified myself. I identified the driver through name and date of birth as Zajha Johnson. At approx 10:29 AM, I asked ms. Johnson to step out of the vehicle and she complied. I advised Ms. Johnson that she has a possible warrant out of Marion County and was going to be detained in handcuffs until confirmed. Ms. Johnson complied and was placed in the back of my marked F.H.P. unit FHP01418. At approx 10:36 AM, Jacksonville Communications Center confirmed the warrant out of Mario County. Ms. Johnson was advised she was under arrest at approx 10:36 AM. Superior Towing took possession of the vehicle. Ms. Johnson was transported to Marion County Jail without further incident.
Upon further investigation, Marion County jail finger printed the driver and it came back to a Katerina Smith. Ms. Smith came back as having no driver’s license. Ms. Smith was changed with giving a false name affecting another person and driving without a valid driver's license.”
