Lady Blue is a kick-ass mid 80s gem that deserves more love and attention. MGM seriously needs to wake up and release the series on home video, cleaned up for a new generation, and for those who grew up with this show.
I just had to make this compilation mostly for fun, but mostly for those who love this show, or for those who doesn't know about this show, and I'm just shedding some light on it for those people. The show's got a great cast of actors you may recognize from other movies, and some iconic celebrities before they were even famous, like Johnny Depp. It's also got some pretty fun action scenes, and epic 80s gun sound effects!
This show's notorious for it's violence (which in my opinion is just annoying because the violence isn't as bad as the complaints make it out to be), and those who complained probably took this show too seriously. It's unfortunate that this show is short-lived, but for all the potential the show's got, it's a pretty dang good series! At least it got a rerun on the Lifetime channel back in the early 90s.
And for the Dirty Harry comparisons, imagine if Katy Mahoney and Harry Callahan actually met in a crossover movie that would've come out in the late 80s/early 90s? It would've been very interesting, and fun!
