The birds are a blue jay and a chipping sparrow, the other is a sea horse.
With the sea horse, last minute, one of the beads cracked and fell off, so the stringing is messy looking, and I thought the grey was much darker than that, plus I'm not very familiar with sea horses, so it looks like a dragon, and not a cool one either!
