While Chief Frund was pleasant enough, his refusal to participate in my pop quiz gave him an automatic failure.The participation is the most important part of the quiz, admitting defeat or nailing even one would have been great, sadly chief Frund has landed himself on my 0/5 refusal list. As always, the ladies at village hall were nothing but kind. This was an overall positive encounter and I look forward to Frund learning about the rights he swore to protect!
