The Labyrinth is a device has been found at some of the oldest prehistoric sites of humanity. Every step you take can lead you to a greater understanding. When you walk through it you drop anything that requires you to hold on to it. When you get to the middle you feel this relief. On the way out you don't pick up the things you drop, but instead you have gratitude for each of the things you dropped. The gratitute 'dissolves the glue' of your withhold patterns, and as it separates out you drop its associated story and get the wisdom of that story instead. Essentially you trade story for wisdom, and in so doing lose that story!
