Our site stewards recently traveled into the dry Utah desert to check out the La Tinaja Waterhole. This natural cistern located on the Old Spanish Trial provided travelers with an opportunity to replenish their most important resource - fresh water! Our team was joined by Rob Sweeten from the Utah BLM who shared his expertise with our stewards and gave us some insight into upcoming projects and improvements in the area. Check out the link below for more information on the Old Spanish Trail and an interactive map where you can follow the route and plan your own adventure to check out some of the sites!
