- arrange cooked ribs on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
- brush ribs with the sauce on one side. Roast ribs in the oven for 20 minutes, turning and basting the other side of ribs with more sauce halfway through cooking.
- remove the tray from oven. Turn oven on broil, and broil ribs for another 5 mins until the sauce is sticky and char at the edges.

First I was going to make pasta sheets, but to save time I use dumpling wrapper instead. It works just as well. The coconut-lemongrass veloute, I borrow the idea from Thai cuisine, by using kaffir lime leaves to add another flavor dimension. You can get kaffir lime leaves at any Asian market. The stuffed blossoms is another element that add richness to the dish. Therefore I included the pickled shallots.
