No two are the same either. The arcade versions introduced various balance tweaks along with new characters and modes. When the game came home on console there were more changes still, such as new music and more characters. Some versions of the game even have different stories and endings. The PS2 version of Street fighter alpha 2 gold is the most complete from a content point of view but isn’t necessarily the best from a gameplay standpoint. So, as well as covering all the different versions, this review will also discuss how they play.
