Japan at War | Kyushu J7W Shinden | Japan's Backwards Plane @JapanatWar | Uploaded March 2023 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
The Kyushu J7w Shinden is easily one of Imperial Japan's strangest prototypes. On first glance this plane was simply built backwards, but its a bit more complex than that. The Shinden was a canard style fighter craft purposely built to take down American bombers. It was also built so as they became availible it could be upgraded to a turbo jet making it the Kyushu J7W2 Shinden Kai.
