I don't even know HOW I powered through this and finished it. Maybe the allure of editing my crossover OTP for a MEP that isn't my own. Kinda mad that none of my favorite masking for it is the thumbnail.
Anyway, this is for GypsyRose Fairy's Girl Like That MEP. The theme was a love-hate relationship, and it's kinda like "Bakura-kun, you're a dummy and yet I adore you. Bakura-kun, seriously..." I named my file for this "the crossover otp holy shit i love it."
How long did this even take to do, I can't even remember. There was so much masking and at one point I took a break to make memes and the HD clips glitched out every ten milliseconds so I had to find where it glitched.
I did change up my usual KuraEvato editing and used the birthday art my friend Owl drew me! That's the art in the part that vaguely looks like a VN. The one scene with him in Komaeda's clothes, Evatrice is saying "Bakura-kun wa bakana da!" Which means "Bakura-kun, you're an idiot/foolish."

Story time! Battler is the sole survivor of the tragedy, and tabloids keep making him out to be a killer and demonic. He and Maki start dating because he loves her music, but he quickly becomes what tabloids made him out to be due to pressure. He gets frustrated with Maki and starts abusing her, and shes hurt and confused that the man she loves is gone, but stays with him because she wants that man back (and he treats her kindly as a sick atonement). I was gonna upload this in a collection, but I dont ever have enough Reimi editing. Shes all of the thumbnails, too, bless this precious ghost girl. And some people really wanted to see it.
The story is, Reimi and Shion were dating, something drove Shion insane and she stabbed Reimi to death one night, and Reimi manages to get Shion in the alley to force Shion to remember her crime. She shows Shion the wound on her back that Shion left on her, and the hands take Shion away, and Reimi tries to be tough about it but cries as her spirit moves on, why did she send her girlfriend to hell?
I felt there was (at the time) a lot of a lack of femslash for this MEP. I was gonna do something like Kira/Kirei, add some slash to the MEP, but I just didnt feel like getting Kirei clips, and I wanted to edit Reimi.

You know, for someone whos really fucking sick of this song, I got this part done pretty quickly. Though it might be because I have an easier time editing WTC and because SatoRika is SOOOO good. Rika is totally an ass, and even picks on her little wife, but seriously, Rika cannot fucking live without Satoko. When you try to kill yourself and say the world is meaningless without them but quit because you dont want them to suffer... thats definitely love. But Satoko forgives Rika because she loves her so much. Theyre pretty much only not confirmed canon cause theyre young (and it insults me when people say Lambda/Bern is based on them because Rika doesnt abuse Satoko and use her. I was re-reading Meakashi earlier and realized, damn, I dont edit Shion enough, and I knew I wanted to edit best dragon wife, so why not do both, theyre both yandere. And have green hair! I would die for you, Kiyohime, with that Sisigou CE on you, you and the husbands cannot be killed.
