In this tutorial, you'll learn how to connect a virtual KUKA robot to the Siemens SIMIT simulation platform using the iiQWorks.Sim Connectivity Add-on. We walk you through the entire process—from activating the Connectivity Add-on and setting up the server connection, to mapping robot input and output signals and testing them in a live simulation. You’ll see how each signal triggers specific robot actions, such as picking colored boxes and controlling the gripper.

The content of this video is intended solely as a supplementary aid for mitigation purposes. It is not a substitute for formal training or certified instruction required for commissioning or operational procedures.
For official training and certification, participation in a KUKA College course is required. A link to the official KUKA College website is provided in the video description: go.kuka.com/KUKAcollegeiIQKAOS2
