It's not a tutorial and not for beginners. You need to be at least familiar to Adobe After Effects and some basic motion design and graphic design concepts.

To create the animation curves (Easing) with sliders you need to install a 3rd party tool.
You can use Animation Composer (Free) from Mister Horse.
