This is a (rare for me) song featuring Jane Is Not Afraid from the "Roads" album. This is the street with the famous Hansa studio where Bowie and others recorded. Back then the studio had little between itself and the Berlin Wall. The idea here is of someone walking the built-up street at night after a hard day.
