This drops the build meter the same way scrapping something does. Dropping big/complex weapon models such as miniguns and gamma guns lower the meter faster. Fallout 4 Intimidation Perk Glitch (No Mods) 「𝑶𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚」 2022-01-22 | Ever wanted to change everyone's clothes for no reason at all?Method 1:Pacify to trade with an NPC and simply fast travel away or go into a different cell. This will reset the intimidation state, therefore leaving you unable to command them anymore but in turn becoming nonhostile.Method 2:Pacify, and hide in a spot where the target cannot see you. Put your weapon away and immediately bring it back up. Wait exactly 60 seconds, it is the same timer as a failed pacify attempt, except in this case you're resetting the aggression state so they will be nonhostile and will no follow you but you can trade with them as long as they are within the same cell.Uses: -Changing anyone's clothes for no apparent reason other than amusement-Taking someones clothes or weapons without killing them or using level 4 pickpocket-Taking back weapons that NPCS like Trashcan Carla has stolen from you-On a similar note, the animal friend perk also works the same way, meaning you can dress up junkyard dogs the same way you can with dogmeat. However this isn't necessary since dogs will randomly wear stuff you reverse pickpocket in their inventory-You can move any settler that's commandable to anywhere in the commonwealth (more on this in a upcoming video)#Fallout4 #Fallout #Gaming
Fallout 4 How to Wear Armor Over Clothes (No Mods) XBOX/PS/PC 「𝑶𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚」 2021-12-03 | This glitch allows you to wear armor pieces over clothing outfits that otherwises does not allow you too. This works on Xbox, Playstation, and PC.Written instructions:"To perform the glitch you need:-1 set of Marine Armor (specifically the chest, arm, and leg pieces), but simply having 5 marine armor pieces of any limb works as well.-1 set of armor you don’t plan on visually appearing (For me i chose raider armor)-1 set of Armor you DO plan on visually appearing( this can include marine armor but NOT the armor you chose to use as underwear)And finally 1 Outfit, which is a clothing item that takes up armor slots, for example suits & dresses.First you need to create a type of armor that i call underwearStart with storing every apparel item in a separate container except the marine armor and your underwear pieces.Name your first marine armor piece as ‘0’ and its matching underwear piece as ‘1’. You might want to save here. While hovering over ‘0’, you need to Scrap AND select at the same time. On controllers its the left and bottom buttons. You will know it worked when you’ve entered the armor’s customization menu as well as a pop up asking to scrap. Restart IF the armor piece was immediately scrapped. Select to scrap and the menu will be at the armor piece labeled ‘1’. Go upgrade it so it has either the assault or inquisitor’s armor mod attached. To organize your UI, rename your underwear something convenient. For me, I named it, ‘under chest’.You can back out of the menu once this has been accomplished. To check and see if it has worked, equip the armor piece. It should be invisible, meaning If I'm already wearing a suit and I equip the armor, then my character will be naked, But if I equip the armor THEN the suit, then my character will visually just have the suit on.Repeat the process until you have all five pieces of underwear. You can actually keep making these pieces of underwear and they will stack on top of each other, meaning you can have infinite armor ratings, however, to have armor appear visually on your character, you simply need one piece of underwear on each limb.To actually have armor appear with your outfitStart by putting your underwear, Suit, and armor in one container. Take out the underwear and the suit out of the container. Equip your underwear but not your suit yet. Then take your armor out of the container and equip them. Finally, equip your suit. Fallout 4 Starlight City Settlement Build (No Mods) 「𝑶𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝑺𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚」 2021-08-11 | This build was done with no mods, and no Creation stuff. It was also done on Survival mode, meaning console commands were not used. This means everything done within the settlement can be done on consoles except maybe the amount of stuff within the build.
