Mit moderner Loftarchitektur hinter imposanten Klinkerfassaden spannt die von drei international renommierten Architekturbüros entworfene Macherei einen Bogen von der industriellen Historie des Ortes zu den flexiblen Arbeitswelten der Zukunft.
Ein Projekt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Accumulata Real Estate Group.
Ein urbanes Areal wird neu belebt, Arbeit wird neu gedacht und es werden Räume für Menschen und Unternehmen geschaffen, die sich selbst immer wieder neu erfinden. Die Macherei ist viel mehr als die Summe von sechs Gebäuden, die mit ihrer postindustriellen Loft-Architektur einen faszinierenden Bogen von der Vergangenheit zur Zukunft schlagen. Es ist ein vernetztes Quartier, das zahlreiche Komplementärnutzungen verbindet und seinen Nutzern dadurch maximale Flexibilität, vielseitige Aufenthaltsqualität und nahezu unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten für neues Arbeiten und Verweilen bietet.
