Hi everyone — we hear you. Truly. 💛
The feedback around large jars, value, and continuity of collections is completely valid, and this wasn’t our first choice this year.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been navigating a major supply-chain disruption. Libbey Glass, where our custom Kringle 2-wick jars are produced, has been on strike for roughly 20 weeks. That strike created a domino effect across all of their customers. Orders were delayed, and once production began resuming, demand from Libbey’s largest customers pushed timelines out even further — in some cases by up to six months.
As many of you know, candle development takes time — jars must be ordered far in advance, artwork finalized, fragrances tested, and production scheduled well ahead of launch. With the uncertainty surrounding our primary jar supply, we were forced to make a difficult but necessary pivot for Easter and the remainder of the year to ensure we had product available at all this season.
That said, this shift has also accelerated something we’re genuinely excited about. We’ve been developing a new 22oz, 3-wick classic jar that delivers the same premium presence and performance you love in our 4-wicks. This jar was originally planned for a 2027 launch, but the disruption to our supply chain pushed us to move that timeline forward to this year.
We know many of you are loyal large-jar customers, and that loyalty means everything to us. This moment isn’t about moving away from what you love — it’s about navigating an unforeseen disruption while protecting quality, craftsmanship, and the long-term future of the brand.
