If there is one thing God of War fans love but one thing Kratos hates (at least currently), it is fighting gods - and recently a game released clearly inspired by the adventures of Kratos, Black Myth Wukong. What would happen if these two distinct universes collided and Kratos was forced to battle the deities that reside in Wukong’s realm? Well today, we’re going to pit the two main characters against one another to determine who the most powerful god in modern gaming is. As I usually do in my God of War videos, I’ve turned to That Guy Named Kratos to help us with the God of War scaling.
For both Wukong, Kratos, and the deities seen within the games, I will only be keeping the game continuity in mind - I wont be drawing from real world stories, religions or cosmologies - because if we take the real world versions of these beings, then the scaling for each character gets completely out of control. And I am using the specific versions found within their games and not any real world analogs. Its best just to stick to the fictional worlds they embody within their own video game universes.
That being said, who would win between The God of War, Kratos and The Monkey King, Wukong?
