Originally, Kraftwerk's plan was to start the 2002/2003 tour with a concert in Luxembourg at a night club called Den Atelier on September 22nd. Some sources claim that the concert was postponed by a week due to a thunderstorm, others only mention technical problems as the culprit. Presumably, there was a power outage caused by a thunderstorm preventing Kraftwerk use the speakers, the projectors, the lighting and the instruments. Only their laptops were self-reliant.
At last, Kraftwerk came to play down in Luxembourg after they finished their concert series in Paris. The robots stayed at the Musee de la Musique, so, The Robots was played by the members themselves. Technical difficulties started to occur again, but it's not caused by the weather this time. The video projection didn't show up until Planet Of Visions and the lighting displayed the wrong colour sometimes. In The Man Machine, the second part of the chorus got accidentely looped during the first few minutes of the song. Every other song were spared from technical troubles.
The Italian tour in 1990 and this concert were the only occasions Ralf sang Pocket Calculator in three languages. In the first one, he sang it in English, German and Italian, in the letter one, he sang it in English, French and then in German, with the last two belonging to the official languages of Luxembourg. During the German part, he briefly sang in a deeper tone like in 1981 and 1991 which he did for the last time. Henning uses a special bass for a short moment in Music Non Stop.

Although this show got taped with high and clear fidelity, the sound is heavily muffled and the bass has minor distortion in some parts. Every track got treated individually which may be noticeable in form of abrupt transitions, but there is definitely big improvement in comparison to the raw recording.
