ALL Korean men are required to do military service for around 2 years, and most men in Korea enlist in the Army around the age of 21. It’s been widely accepted by the Korean populace that idols and super stars enlist at a much later age as long as they fulfill their military requirement. So, Kpop and Kdrama celebrities usually put of their enlistment as long as humanly possible, and when they do go it’s sad day for fandoms. SO MANY idols have put off military for years now, and the list of possible men joining the military this year seems larger than ever^^
