Add &fmt=18 for HQ audio.
Track 6 on the CD, which reminds me a lot of Damn Damn Drum from Seiken Densetsu 3 as well as some other tracks from the game. It's not necessarily a death-knell for a game composer to sound like himself, but it's probably the one music field where homogeneity will do you the worst harm.
