This is a full stealth Hard Mode run of the Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online, completed with:
Vigilante boost jump shortcut from the Richman Villa mansion
No Guard Shipments prep (fully armored guards with helmets)
Manchez bike as the getaway vehicle
Street Loadout
Primary loot: The Downfall of Rome painting
Staff Entrance entry point
All buyer's requests completed
Elite Challenge finished in 12:28

This run shows a clean, efficient stealth route with no mistakes, no alerts, 100% aim accuracy and no wasted time.

If you are aiming for the Elite Challenge, you can follow this highly repeatable route for very fast runs.
