The Korg Wavestate Wave Sequencing Synthesizer is the latest in the line of Korg's revolutionary digital synthesizers to feature Wave Sequencing — beginning with the Wavestation which debuted 30 years ago, through the advanced technology of the OASYS and Kronos workstations. Building upon that foundation, the Wavestate ushers in the deep and intuitive Wave Sequencing 2.0.
Mikael Jorgensen explores the sonic palette of the Wavestate synth, showcasing its driving rhythms, evolving arpeggiators, and ethereal pads. 64 stereo voices, 4 Layers with Vector control, and 14 simultaneous effects allow the gigabytes of samples and modeling filters (including MS-20 and Polysix) to morph and evolve. All of this fits inside a compact 37 full-size key form factor that belies the Korg Wavestate's incredible power.
