sadly this old vintage classic keyboard is just not worth the possible cost to repair. So I Failed on this one but still thought the video may be interesting to someone.
and Yes I tried the memory protection switch and I know I could have just sent the preset file direct from the PC but I wanted to do this the vintage way with a Cassette just like the good old days.
**This synth has now been passed onto someone else for the parts to repair his poly8000** so it was not totally wasted....
