From October 2 to 6, at Gyeryongdae in Chungcheongnam-do, Hanwha participated in the ‘Republic of Korea International Defense Industry Exhibition (KADEX) 2024’ and showcased integrated defense solutions encompassing land, sea, air, and space.
Hanwha Aerospace unveiled the ‘multi-layered defense solution,’ based on cutting-edge technology, designed to defend all areas of South Korea’s airspace for the first time at this exhibition.
Hanwha Aerospace also drew significant attention from domestic and international defense industry professionals by showcasing a wide range of systems, including the future version of the 'K9 self-propelled howitzer', the ‘K9A3 self-propelled howitzer’, the ‘Mobile Howitzer’ designed for diverse battlefield environments, the ‘Unmanned Amphibious Rocket Launcher’ capable of being mounted on ships, and the Korean version of the 'Redback', a tracked armored vehicle successfully exported to Australia, known as the ‘Redback-K’.
